01 — About
A single operator behind several storefronts.
Swivo LLC was formed in the State of Wyoming as a limited liability company to build and manage e-commerce brands. Rather than operating a single website, we run a portfolio of niche stores, each with its own catalog, audience and storefront, all managed by the same team and the same operating playbook.
Every store we launch is hosted on Shopify and operated end to end by us: product selection, supplier relationships, pricing, order fulfillment, returns and customer support. Payment processing, refunds and chargeback handling are managed centrally so that policies, response times and record-keeping are consistent across the whole portfolio.
We work with vetted suppliers and logistics partners, keep documentation for every transaction, and hold each brand to the same standards of transparency that our payment and banking partners expect of us.

Category research
We evaluate demand, competition and supplier availability before committing to a niche, and define the target market and price positioning for the store.

Supplier vetting
Suppliers are qualified on product quality, lead times and shipping coverage. Sample orders are placed and documented before a product goes live.

Storefront launch
The Shopify store goes live with complete product information, shipping and return policies, contact details and the Swivo LLC entity identified as the merchant of record.

Daily operations
Orders, tracking, support tickets, refunds and disputes are worked every business day. Performance and service metrics are reviewed per store.

Review & scale
Stores that meet our quality and service benchmarks receive further investment; those that do not are restructured or retired from the portfolio.

Swivo LLC is a retailer. We own and operate the online stores in our portfolio ourselves — we are the merchant of record for the orders placed on them. We do not sell software, courses or agency services.
Each store serves a distinct product category and customer. Keeping them separate lets each brand carry a focused catalog and its own storefront experience, while operations, support and payment handling remain centralized under one entity.
Fulfillment runs through vetted suppliers and logistics partners contracted by Swivo LLC. Every order is shipped with tracking, and delivery windows are published on the store before checkout.
Each store publishes its return and refund policy at checkout. Requests are handled by our central support team, and refunds are issued to the original payment method. Chargebacks and disputes are documented and answered by the same team.
All storefronts are built and hosted on Shopify, with payments processed by Shopify Payments and other authorized gateways registered to Swivo LLC.
Yes. Formation documents, EIN confirmation, proof of address, supplier agreements and store URLs can be provided on request to payment processors, banks and partners.
